Angry Farm v1.1.26 Adds OS 7 Support & 80 New Levels

The popular Angry Farm BlackBerry game just got a nice update to v1.1.26. This new version adds support for the latest BlackBerry OS 7.0 devices including the BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930, 9810, and 9850/9860. This new version also adds a whopping 80 new levels bringing the app to a total of 200 levels! I have to say that is a pretty impressive update. The game now also plays nice and fast on OS 7.0 devices thanks to the faster processors.

You can pick up Angry Farm in the store for $4.99 at this link. If you already own a license you can pick up the update in the store or App World based on where you got it from!

NOTE: The developer clearly put in the change log that the new version supports the latest BlackBerry 7 devices but the store is still showing that they are not supported. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

  1. I hope the frame rates and physics are better on BB OS7 than they were on OS6.

With all the new CPU horsepower Blackberries are getting now I would think it won’t be a problem….but you never know ’til you see it in action.

  2. What no PlayBook love?

    • Yeah, Where is the playbook love?
Which reminds me, I need to get the Torch to enjoy the game now instead of the Bold.
Although I am a huge Bold fan, but I think I’m switching to be a Torch fan now.

      • It’s because they would have to completely rewrite the game at this point because there is no java based SDK.

        • Ah, so what you’re saying, playbook users should just wait for the Google thingy that runs all the android apps and angry birds will just follow right? 😀
Makes me wonder what the new QNX based phones will have to go through.

          • Well Angry Birds is in the works as a native app anyways for the PB.

But this company knows they are making money while angry birds doesn’t exist (and for the devices that will never get it). Once it does, it will stop.

  3. How about some discount codes ?
