With all of the craziness today in BlackBerry 7 announcements the Curve line was sorely underrepresented. Not to be forgotten the BlackBerry Curve 9360 showed up for a photo shoot done by OneMobileRing. There are loads of pictures of the device with its upgraded screen and new 800Mhz processor. Currently RIM has only announced 5 of their 7 planned BlackBerry 7 devices and the 9360 Apollo should be the 6th followed by the touch enabled Curve Orlando or 9790 Bellagio.

This phone looks great. It would be a nice upgrade to my curve 8530. I doubt VMUSA is getting it tho.

This curve is a beast for the low end. To think that eventually it will make it to $0.00 on many promotions.
Crazy.
If not next year, then by 2013 cell phone hardware will become redundant.
Example is PC’s. For 90% of PC users, the cheapest laptop/PC out there will serve their purposes very very adequately.
For 90% of superphone users, having a quad core cpu will make no difference, heck, even a dual core makes little difference.
RAM will be redundant over 1 gig
Camera will be redundant over 8 MP
Screen resolution is already redundant…..
Time now for software to catch up…. and… guess who has the most future proof software…………………….
RESEARCH IN MOTION

After seeing the Bold 9900, its hard for me to really care about any other Blackberry. The Bold 9900 is the device I’ve been asking RIM to make for years!

All the OS 7 line of devices are just really gorgeous I can see why RIM didn’t release them all at once because the in store decision would be tuff one!

Hate to break it to everyone, but there’s already been 5 (really 3, but whatever) models announced, and the GSM and CDMA curves will make it 7. Nothing else until 2012.
