In case you weren’t fully sure of the previous leaked release date for the T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9900 now we have further proof. TmoNews scored another leaked document that shows the same August 31st release date but adds something new. They have thrown in the price of $299.99 after a $50 mail in rebate which is a bit high. It also mentions that it will be a 4G BlackBerry since it supports T-Mobile’s HSPA+ 14.4Mbps network.

For an on contract device, $350 is a lot of money….no matter how high end the device is. This is news is a bit disappointing.

Youch, thats a bit much, isn’t it? I’m hoping the ATT version isn’t that high. Will have to wait awhile to pick it up then.

Seriously? They’ve priced this $150 over the nearest smartphone?
Good luck with that. Hopefully other carriers will not be following suit.

This blows. I was going to plan on saving $200 for it. This is way too high for me.
