RIM just let us know that they have updated BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac to v2.1. This new version brings media sync support for the BlackBerry PlayBook. Before you could copy files over to the PlayBook over USB or Wi-Fi but this new version lets you use Desktop Manager to sync your music, photos, and videos with iTunes and iPhoto over USB.
The change log documentation lists these as the only changes:
- Tablet Support – Sync and import your media files with the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet.
- General – Provides fixes and improvements to the features.

Ohh i think this something that they have done along time ago
