RIM has been supporting their BlackBerry Mobile Voice System v5 (MVS 5) on Cisco phone systems for awhile but they promised back in May to extend it to more systems. They announced this week that they have started to make good on that promise by delivering support for Avaya phone systems but only in North America and the UK for some reason. - Avaya Communications Manager
- Avaya CS1000 Communication Server
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Mitel Communications Director
