Me too. People around me have played it and don’t like it. And it was, personally, annoying that folks were almost begging Rovio to develop it for BB. Having said that, enough people like it and good for them! Also, with it available for playbook, when the QNX BB’s come out, porting it for the BB is likely going to be a simple affair.
BTW, nothing on BGR site about this announcement! Or at least that I could see when I looked. Don’t visit them much.

Angry Birds is great at first glance and for the first 5 minutes. Then it gets old and pointless. I will probably get excited for it on the Playbook, download it, play it for 5 minutes, then never turn it on again.

I’d like to see something with potent graphics and fun like: Call of Duty, GTA, MLB 2011, Madden 2011, FIFA 2011, Company of Heroes, Command and Conquer 3, Crysis, Assasins Creed, World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Gears of War, World in Conflict, Medal of Honor etc…
