Free on Playbook, Tweedless lets Users Slice Through the Noise to Easily Access Desired Content
April 19, 2011 – Toronto, ON – Digital agency Jam3 today announced the launch of Tweedless, a mobile app that will help power Twitter users sift through their many tweets and view the content they want to see in a quick and efficient way. Available on the new BlackBerry Playbook tablet, Tweedless is a full featured Twitter client that lets users compose tweets, direct messages and re-tweet but also includes a range of tools and filters that allow Twitter users to better manage their feed.
Tweedless is one of the featured PlayBook apps designed specifically for the new BlackBerry tablet.

The launch version of Tweedless includes a number of capabilities all designed to make using Twitter easier. BlackBerry Playbook users who download Tweedless and link with their main Twitter account can immediately:
- Quickly set, re-set or disable filters which are extended from the main feed through to mentions and direct messages
- Have messages sorted based on who you interact with most
- Isolate multiple users and easily follow conversations with simple taps
- Toggle content filters to determine what types of tweets (links, images, videos) and messages are in view
Tweedless is currently available for free on PlayBook via BlackBerry App World. Jam3 expects to introduce a “freemium” model with premium content and additional filtering capabilities in the months ahead while extending availability of the app to the Desktop, Android and iOS devices.
