I am still trying to wrap my head around how exactly you would use Nux Shoot. When Daniel mentioned Nux Shoot on the forums I gave it a whirl and I have to admit it does work. It simply adds two new menu items in the calendar for a 10 second or 5 second timer before it takes a shot. What I am still trying to figure out is a way to position my BlackBerry standing up where I could leave it for such a shot…
Check out Nux Shoot for yourself in App World. Its only a whopping 3Kb download.

you’ll have to carry your charging pod with you at all times to hold the phone while you run back in to the picture.

well this is awesome! I hate trying to position the camera for self shots with my kids but then trying to find the button again on the screen. This way I could select take shot, then position the camera and ….well you know the rest. Great app!

Great little app. As useful as it seems to be, I see it possibly causing scenarios similar to this:
“Ready? Ok, got it balanced on this 6ft ledge over concrete. Just let me push the button…SUNUVAH!!!”
Families ruined all over the place.

Bahaha….since everyone seems to rave about the otterbox, shouldn’t be a problem, right?..I personally refuse to sacrifice slim & style for bulk & protection…heck, is the camera even still usable with an otterbox….

Haha! I had a Body Glove case just like this for my Pearl. I loved it. The swivel clip/kickstand can totally be removed which makes it quite versatile.
I actually used the kickstand more than I thought I would. Its great for reading or watching video at a desk or table.

Hey, I’ve tried it its actually easier to take self photo using this app. Because using the convenience key often make vibration which ruin the photo

I think it is cool but hesitant to try because I am not sure that I would use. With reading these few reviews of it, I think I might give a try.

Its 3kb in size, which means I could install it 3000+ times on my blackberry and still not use as much space as Blackberry Travel. I might never use it again and it wouldn’t bother me wasting that amount of space

Dude, this is probably the best app you can get for your camera. Instead of fumbling for the shutter, you can concentrate on steadying the device. It actually takes some pretty good photos, even at the macro level. Nice!

I guess what we need is one of those little desktop tripods but has a automobile type grip holder on it. But for that’s pro ably going to cost you could buy a cheap point and shoot digital camera with equivalent resolution to BlackBerry camera and larger lens and a standard tripod screw mount.
