I guess this confirms that the PlayBook will be heading to Best Buy. They are running a sweepstakes with TEN chances to win a BlackBerry PlayBook along with two tickets, flights and hotel to see the new Foo Fighters perform their latest CD Wasting Light. The sweepstakes is for Best Buy Rewards Zone members and requires your Rewards Zone Member ID to register.

Here are the details:


Ten grand prize winners will receive the “Reward Zone® Foo Fighters Experience” which includes 2 tickets to a Foo Fighters performance, roundtrip coach class airfare for each winner and a guest, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations, roundtrip transfers, the new Foo Fighters CD “Wasting Light”, and a BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet bundle including a BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet, a BlackBerry® Convertible Case, and a BlackBerry® Charging Pod.

First Prize:
A BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet bundle including a BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet, a BlackBerry® Convertible Case, and a BlackBerry® Charging Pod. (20 first prizes – estimated retail value $619.97 each)

Second Prize:
A Foo Fighters “Wasting Light” CD (100 second prizes – estimated value $13.99 each)

  1. Yeah, I entered yesterday and today since it states “Thanks for entering the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ and Best Buy Mobile™ Present Foo Fighters Sweepstakes. “… So I did! I don’t care for the concert but would love to win the PlayBook. Actually I would want to win a BesyBuy gift cert worth that amount so I could put a little cash with it and get the big boy 64GB version.

    Maybe they will come out with a Canadian version.
