It has been awhile since the last OS was leaked for the Torch 9800 but now we have OS 6.0.0.486 thanks to N4BB. I know I will be jumping on this update but there is no word on how good it is. Let us know what you find in the comments!
Pick up OS 6.0.0.486 for your Torch 9800 at these links:
Thanks to Fubaz for the tip!

Lol. After the traumatic experience of switching from my 9700 to 9800 to loading .450, I’m going to give this os a few days. Hopefully the reviews are good.

Nice and snappy so far…nothing stands out as being shiny and new yet…

Ok so, I see it is working well from some reviews but JYM stated…what has changed? Stability is well and good of course but if nothing of importance has changed for me, then I can wait. Feedback on changes anyone?

The last update wiped out all my 3rd party apps. Need to remember to back them up using BBSAK or similar before installing this

It’s not a major point release so I didnt expect to see MAJOR changes. That being said, knowing what they fixed would be nice.

Anyone notice any battery life changes? Anyone have any good tips for helping my battery life? I’ve read a lot of posts lately that are just not helpful. I barely have anything running I’m getting around 5-6 hours
phone is only 8 months old. Been hoping an OS update would be the cure…
