BlackBerry Protect Gets Rumored Launch Date – Open Beta March 5th!

Protect BlackBerry

I have been dying for RIM to release BlackBerry Protect to the masses since they finally confirmed its existence way over a year ago. We have seen RIM slowly get closer to launching Protect but we have yet to see solid launch dates. Until now. It looks like our info on BlackBerry Protect launching in 2 weeks was spot on. The N4BB team managed to snag some rumored launch dates for BlackBerry Protect around the world when it will go into open beta. Here are the dates:

BlackBerry Protect Version 1.0 Open Beta

  • March 5th (North America / Latin America)
  • March 19th (EMEA)
  • April 2nd (Asia Pacific)

That March 5th date is only a few days away so we don’t have much longer to wait. We reviewed BlackBerry protect back in July of 2010 when RIM gave us early access to the solution.
