Designed by CuteSkipBB Themes (Ninja Theme’s sister site), Neon Hearts offers a multitude of bright, neon like colors and an adorable character on the home screen. A hidden today screen styled theme, I tested the 9700 version and it works flawlessly. With a name like eric you must be a guy right? Why even comment on a theme that was clearly designed (and stated in the review on this site) for a girl?? Some of us ladies are tired of the iPhone, Android or masculine style themes. It is what it is, if you don’t like…don’t buy.

The colors may be a little bright, but the concept of the theme is nice.
