  1. Been a long time coming.. I’m at work and going to install it here lol.

  2. I will grab it and upload to my Wuala account so WHEN the free sites take it down we will have a replacement download. 😉

  3. Nice thank you. Been a while since a new release

  4. Thanks, been waiting for a new OS for my Torch since Nov..

    Hope its better than .337

Now begings the painful process of reconfiguring all my 30+ apps after the upgrade. Why can’t RIM learn something from Apple and the iTunes OS upgrade process ???

  5. Wow. Now I’ll have to spend time really WORKING instead of constantly checking here on BerryReview and Driphter each 5 minutes…

Downloading now and we’ll see. It’s missing Asian languages.

  6. As promised here is another link to my personal Wuala account download. Direct link is here:

If you want any of the other/older releases for the torch check here:

  7. The new load is snappier, faster, a little better looking. There are more options for the Browser which is also seemingly a lot faster, as well.

    Media loads quickly

The calendar icon seems different – colours?

I seem to have about 20mb more memory after the reboot as well. Probably cleaned up some temporary stuff.

  8. Well that took longer than it should have. Usually I shrink the OS before installing but I kept getting java exceeptions when first booting up. Finally worked the third time after not shrinking the os

So far so good just loading all my apps. Browser has the thumbnail homescreen, nice.

  9. I have been on 246 since the day of the Rogers launch, so I’m really looking foward to installing this. Just in case, I actually downloading this directly to my memory card from my Torch…it came down surprisingly fast over 3G.

  10. Nice Firmware … works very good

    Tested Apps:
Foursquare / Facebook / Klicktel / Pinstack Reader / Vodafone Music / Post Mobil / Tagesschau / N-TV / XING and the Vodafone Germany Apps

all Apps working fine. The Picture Browser is working much faster.
