  1. woohoo! dyin to see a PB in portrait mode

  2. i’m reading that there was some news on OS 6.1 out of devcon? anyone hear anything?

  3. It was very disappointing to see RIM reps in almost every demo last week have to say “portrait mode is not yet enabled”. That’s one of the key missing capabilities that’s having me think RIM isn’t going to make an early Feb launch as many were postulating.

  4. i see a march release date myself. Q1 could mean be as late as april

  5. The more info that comes out about the playbook, the more I want 1.

  6. Super glad they are doing a ton to make making apps for the BB PB easy as pie.

  7. is there a screen or vid of any the new custom app start-up screen?

  8. See..this is the kind of thing that RIM needs to keeping updating on. Putting all things in place that it SHOULD HAVE prior to release. Good Job Rim!

  9. Good to know. Just need to see it in action now.
