We already have some pretty big signs pointing to RIM launching BlackBerry Protect sometime soon. I have had a bit of time to play with BlackBerry Protect but I know many of you have some question still about the upcoming service. Jim Kakacek spotted some FAQ for the upcoming service hidden on RIM’s website while he was searching around. Nothing really groundbreaking here but it really answers most of the questions people have about the service.
If you have some questions I highly recommend checking out the FAQ at this link. This is meant for the current beta customers but it should be the same for when it launches. On the other hand they do have a big warning in the title saying “Beta Customers Only. Content and software are subject to change.
Let us know if you spot anything good!

This could explain why backing up and restoring on BBM wasn’t working through email last week. Then they had to release a new BBM on Saturday. I bet you they were testing out some things, found some issues, and then had to fix real fast.

I really don’t get what RIM is doing to take SO LONG to launch Protect.
