Kayak Flight and Hotel Search App v2.0 Update

Kayak 2 I was having some issues getting the previous version of the Kayak for BlackBerry app working on my BlackBerry Torch while trying to book a trip to Israel. Nikolaus let me know that Kayak just updated their app to v2.0 over the weekend with no change log. He is still having issues getting it to work on his BlackBerry Bold 9650 running the leaked OS 6.0 but it works like a charm on my BlackBerry Torch 9800.

  1. I will see if it work better under .333 rather than .280

  2. Kayak’s a great website but do we really need an app for the BB?

    • I tried the kayak website this week and the mobile app is much simpler to use. In principle I agree with you that is why there is no BerryReview mobile app 🙂

  3. Yes because I’ve been out at dinner before and needed to look up prices for a trip asap. App is faster than using the mobile browser.

Oh and it does work under OS

    • Agreed. I have the app because it works faster for me. I also use it to quickly look up airline contact info, baggage charges, etc. And not just tickets.
