The social media team at RIM is moving strong this year. They have launched their third blog this week called the Inside BlackBerry Help Blog to compliment their Inside BlackBerry and BlackBerry Developer blogs. Right now there really is not much to see on the new blog but it is worth keeping an eye out for updates.
This new Inside BlackBerry Help Blog was started by the team that runs the @BlackBerryHelp Twitter account that many people use for support. It labels itself as “the official support blog for all of your BlackBerry smartphone needs!” so I guess they will be covering support issues.
Something tells me that their first topic will be “How can I upgrade my BlackBerry Operating System?” 🙂
