Tim let us know that Gowalla has made the big jump to v1.0 with their BlackBerry app. Gowalla is trying to compete with Foursquare and so far they seem to be doing a decent job. Their latest app update adds the following new improvements

- Items
- Take and post photos
- Ability to post threaded comments
