Free BBGPSGolf Application Helps You Keep Track of Your Game

BBGPSGolf There have been a few free golf applications for BlackBerry over the years but BBGPSGolf was created to outdo them all. The developer, Justin, was looking for a solid golf app and did not find a good free one so he created one himself. In 3 working days he had a nice application. It has quite a few golf courses that you can use already mapped or you can even create your own.

The app lets you have multiple optional GPS points per hole along with the ability to store courses on your SD card so no internet connection is necessary. It has a scorecard built into the app and it rolls up allowing you to record your stats.

All in all its a pretty nice app and I have to commend Justin for a job well done. You can read more about the app at www.bbgpsgolf.com or just download it for both OTA and desktop installation at this link.

Thanks for the tip Frank!

  1. This is a great app for free! I have used it on three rounds so far and it works very well.

Mapping a course is also very easy though time consuming if you map extra points like bunkers and hazards. I’ve already mapped about a dozen courses that weren’t listed yet.

Highly recommended. Donate if you can.
