BatteryEx is a new battery utility for BlackBerry that has both a paid and free version. The free version simply displays information about your battery and the paid version helps manage your battery life. Unlike memory boosters which are mostly gimmicks battery boosters can work when they simply help manage things like Wi-Fi power or radio power. The premium version boosts battery life by:
- shutting down radio power when there is no signal or less signal, and
power on radio after predefined time. - shutting down wifi power when wifi is out of coverage after predefined time.
The app also provides two ways to view battery info including a simple homescreen icon and an application that can show battery level, voltage , temperature or both of them as app
title. BatteryEx premium version is available in the store for $1.99 until June 11 and you can pick up the limited free version at this link.

Hey thanks. I’ve been using the free version since last week and it’s small and simple and effective. Was going to order the paid version but got lucky and stumbled upon this offer.
