Buzz Mobile Website Redesigned With BlackBerry Browser Support

Buzz Google posted that they have now updated the mobile website for Google Buzz to also support BlackBerry devices. It is in now way as cool as the Webkit targeted sites for Android and the iPhone but it does work well. The site can get your GPS location through Javascript which is nice since you need that for such a location based service. The site will also use your location to tell you what is going on nearby and let you post with your location.

Check it out at buzz.google.com from your BlackBerry Browser. Don’t forget to turn Javascript on to get the location support.

  1. I’ve seen quite a few biometric FP scan apps on the app store that attempt to provide secure access to an iPhone but I’ve not seen such an app for a Blackberry. Once more smart phone devices come with a bio scanning device as a standard component, then perhaps the security issue will become less vulnerable.
