While browsing through BlackBerry App World for fitness application I came across this useful application from SparkPeople. The application is easy to use, and it allows new users to create a new account right from their BlackBerry. I never used an application like this before but I decided to give it a try and I was impressed with all the tools it offers. From the start the application ask you to enter you weight, set a desire weight loss along with a time frame. The application automatically determines how much you need to exercise and eat in order to achieve your goal. You can also go online and set up more options like a meal plan, work out routines, and even print them out. From the application you can search their database for a food you ate and it gives you the calorie counts. It also allows you to save them as favorites, add your own information.
