BING For BlackBerry Gets A New Look

Capture on 05-11-2010 16-17-21 Not sure when Bing was updated but I removed it quite a while back since the old Windows Live Search for BlackBerry used to run automatically after a reboot. This new one version 1.0.3739.15062 has removed that feature or Bug and the UI looks better. One thing that does annoy me with this one is that when you scroll it does not stop at the bottom it keeps scrolling at the top again.

The current list of supported devices include: The bold line 90xx, 97xx, Storm 1 & 2, Tour 96xx, for OS 4.2+

To download the application go to

Bing’s features include Maps with turn by turn directiosn, Top local, U.S and Global News, Business Directory, Restaurant and Movie look up.

  1. Bing utilization is decreasing, and is already artificially high anyway with tactics like paying Verizon to removal all other search options. No thanks Microsoft. If I wanted to use MS products I’d use that joke called

  2. This is super bloated and takes up a ton of memory on your phone. I used to love live search but this is just crap!

  3. Is definitely fallen behind compared to google maps and other services, I did like the navigation they used to have but this one is probably going to get deleted soon.
