UPDATE: The Twitter client problems were not cause by a RIM related issue but a bug on Twitter’s side. The issue have been fixed from what we can tell. You should not be able to logging using the official Twitter client.
Its nice to see them confirming the issue which is a HUGE step forward for them since they are usually as quiet and opaque as possible when it comes to outages. I think they may not realize that it makes it worse if everybody is uninformed.
They are saying that a bug is responsible for the outage and they are working on fixing it ASAP. God speed to you!
