Slick, black abstract graphics (with a bit of tech thrown in) meshed with colorful, iPhone ‘like’ icons and you’ve got yourself Vigilant. I played with the 9700 version and it ran very smoothly. There’s a interesting home screen where you’ve got a pop up hidden dock and a bunch of icons for quick convenient access. According to the description, Vigliant “is an exciting new theme, so complex yet so simple at the same time. The home screen is designed to be sleek, elegant, and productive. Simply press the spacebar and have access to 12 icons and a large center panel for your hidden today panel that features your newest appointments and messages. Press zero and have full visibility of your wallpaper again.“
All that said, Vigilant, at $6.99, ain’t cheap. However, what it lacks in economic pricing it makes up for in good looks and efficiency. Either way, whether or not a theme is worth the price, is really up to the individual. So don’t shoot the messenger

Nice theme too but it is a shame the icons are not his, there where made for a iPhone theme named ChocoMilk by ToffeeNut (www.toffeenutdesign.com)
I wonder if they have permission to use and to sell his icons
