We told you previously that the latest OS leak for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 came with BlackBerry Messenger 5.0.0.66. Inevitably those files have been extracted and are now available for OTA download. I installed the 5.0.0.65 release myself and it seems faster with a few small changes.
