Viira 2.1 Released
Delegate, Navigation with Shortcuts, and More Ways To Get Things Done With Your BlackBerry!
Just a quick note to let you know that Viira 2.1 has been released and ready for download.
In addition to an already comprehensive list of capabilities that make it a snap for you to capture 100% of your commitments and implement GTD® with your BlackBerry, Viira now boasts another unique and powerful feature: the ability to delegate projects and contexts.
Download Viira 2.1 OTA – directly from your BlackBerry!
Here is what is new in Viira 2.1:
- Delegate. You can now delegate an entire project or context directly from Viira. Give instructions, send to-do lists, provide step-by-step directions and email shopping lists to your spouse or significant other. You can even email entire projects or contexts to yourself for review, for printing or for archiving.
- Navigation with shortcuts. Viira’s shortcuts have been extended and you can now quickly go from one of Viira’s views to another by using a hotkey combination. ALT+P opens Projects View, ALT+C changes to Contexts View, ALT+D invokes the Day View and ALT+T will start Tasks View.
- Project and Context Notes. You can now add notes to every project or context to record additional directions, thoughts or just important things to keep in mind when tackling all the to-dos in it.

the thing i prolly gonna use the most is the organizer that put important things first. I go thru 100 of things a day on my project, and it’s nice to have a list to see which much be done first
