MatrixFeeds Does RSS Feeds “Matrix Style” – 51 Free Copies!

Matrixfeeds Phrehnck let me know that he has released a new novelty application called MatrixFeeds. The app is a simple RSS reader with some nice “Matrix Style” eye candy. The Matrix falling code displays the RSS feeds in each stream and the RSS feeds are downloaded in the background.

There is a free trial for the app that just has the default AP News feed but if you pay the $3.99 for the app then you can add your own custom RSS feeds like secured Twitter feeds and BerryReview’s RSS feed. You also have the option to launch the app as a screensaver when the charger is connected along with changing the stream color and size of each feed.

Check it out at this link in the store

Giveaway Details: Phrehnck has been kind enough to give us a coupon code for 51 free copies of MatrixFeeds to the first 51 people who use the code berryreviewmatrix in the checkout process at this link. First come first serve but if you get a copy don’t forget to thank Phrehnck in the comments!

    OK…

my 9700 started running SUPER slow with this installed, after a battery pull the slowness was slightly reduced, and the backlight never turned off.

a friend that also has the same phone, and also got it, had an error 523…

    we both uninstalled :/

Aw the code’s used up, so I got the free trial only. Thanks for the promo & sounds like a fun tool. Hope I don’t encounter the problems others mentioned above?

Although it looked really neat, it interferes with the BB9700 on the latest OS’ ability to lock/standby properly. Unfortunate, because I would have liked it.
