SHAPE Services just announced the release of IM+ Lite for BlackBerry. They have taken a few features out of their popular IM+ All-In-One Messenger and added advertisements to make it free. The app is not shown on their website yet but you can find it on their mobile site at:
IM+ Lite gives access to MSN, Yahoo!, Google Talk, AIM, Jabber, ICQ, Facebook, MySpace, Skype and Twitter from one app. The paid version will still stick around since it adds support for speech recognition and IM+ push notifications.

I’ll try it out since I don’t want to buy it at the moment.
It’s sad, I like the look of Beejive and the functionality of IM+

I’ve now uninstalled it.
The ads, while I understand them, take up like 1/4th of the screen, so I’d rather just not.

i tried it but the problem is when someone sends me a message on fb chat i don’t receive it but they receive what i sent.I’ll stick with BEEJIVE.

It was working fine before I upgraded my Bold to 5.0.0.509 now got sticky service icons not showing went back to nimbuzz which wasn’t ok on v .411 but works ok on .509
