CalendarSync from Eclypse IT Solutions solves a problem I have been having with my BlackBerry since OS 4.5 was released. OS 4.5 introduced the concept where you have a different calendar per BES and BIS email address you have associated with your device. This is a problem for me since only my BES calendar is synched to Outlook so I never see the appointments from my other calendars and they don’t get backed up OTA. Annoying right?
CalendarSync comes to the rescue by letting your consolidate and combine your calendars on your BlackBerry. The app will move or copy the events into your default calendar. It has an Auto-Sync function where it runs in the background or you can just select the CalendarSync It menu button to do it manually. This is also great for today screen themes that only show one calendar on your homescreen.

Will I be able to “accept” calendar invites from my various BIS emails from my BlackBerry? Will I be able to “create” calendar invites from a particular BIS email/calendar?
And – will I be able to “update” calendar invites with new information, date, time, etc. from the device? Will any updates I make from my desktop calendar programs (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) resync with CalendarSync on my BlackBerry?
Or – once the entries are synced through this program, are they permanently there until I physically delete them from the BlackBerry device?
