Shazam has been around for a few months but Simon @Intomobile spotted a recent upgrade to their premium service called Shazam Encore. This new Encore service provides faster song lookups, recommendations, and better car radio use.
The downside is that these new features are not included in the free 5 song a month limited version of Shazam. You would need to purchase Shazam Encore for $4.99 to get these new Encore features. As a reminder Shazam helps you identify music tracks, buy music, and share the tags with friends. You can also learn more about artists, find out what’s hot, and grow your music collection.
