Doris sent us a tip that OpenBeak (Originally TwitterBerry) has been updated to version 1.2 this week. This is not a huge upgrade but if you are a regular user its worth downloading. As a reminder OpenBeak is the original free BlackBerry Twitter client though it is no longer the most popular.
New features in 1.2:
- Added support for Posterous.com uploads. Select "Posterous" from the "Media Provider" choice on the Configure screen.
- Embedded Camera now uses full screen
Bug Fixes in 1.2:
- Twitter messages now say ‘from OpenBeak’

I understand why they changed their name to get on App World, but couldn’t they have found a better name than OpenBeak?
