Google Voice Offering Free Calls To Haiti

Google-voice Jerry let us know that Google Voice is also trying to help out those who have loved ones in Haiti. They announced on their official blog that they are offering free calls to Haiti for the next two weeks through Google Voice. That means you can make calls to Haiti through Google Voice as if it were a local call. That is a really big boon if you don’t have T-Mobile as your carrier.

To place a call using Google Voice you can:

  • Use the Click2Call button on the website
  • The Google Voice mobile app
  • Dial your own Google Voice number and press 2 to place an outbound call

You can download the official Google Voice client at m.google.com/voice

  1. Great!
I haven’t been getting any luck with T-Mobile.

  2. I found your blog because I wanted more information. The content you have on your blog needs to be discovered so I have added you to my Google News Reader. I really look forward to reading more posts from you.
