The guys at Elecite are back yet again with ACE, their latest theme release. This is a very graphic theme with large icons on the home screen. According to the description, “Ace has an “app card” design similar to the coverflow idea that you’ll really enjoy. It comes with 5-6 customizable icons at the top, a weather Icon, 10-11 (locked) quick access app card icons and a Today style preview area so you don’t have to open your messages and calendar apps to see what’s inside. You won’t be able to change your wallpaper on this one because the awesome app cards will be rockin the majority of the homescreen.” I tested the 9700 version (1.4 mb) and it worked nice, although it seemed to lag a bit. Otherwise the graphics were sharp and clear and very eye-catching…it’s definitely an attractive looking theme. ACE costs $6.99 and is available for the 8900, 9500, 9600 & 9700 at Elecite.Com.

Definitely a sharp theme, however, I too am experiencing significant lag on my 9700.

Figures… another great theme from Elecite that is not compatible with my Bold 9000… Elecite you just lost me as a customer… good job!!!

I have this theme and love this theme, of course i wish i could customize some stuff to my own personal likings, but a GREAT theme! It works great on my Tour w/ os 5.0. Very sleek and smooth, NICE WORK AS USUAL!!
