Metranome let us know that they have just launched a new line of apps for BlackBerry. Their first two are a Dilbert and New Yorker daily calendar app which look really cool. They are kind of like the Dilbert daily desk calendars many people have in their office with a cartoon per day. Free trial versions of the calendars are available, limited to 7 days of content. After that you will have to upgrade to the paid versions which deliver 6 months of content for $9.99.
Highlights include:
- Daily agenda view with appointments on the right and cartoons on the left
- Watch the cartoons in full screen
- Send links to the cartoon or the application to friends via email
- Download content over the cellular connection
You should be able to find the app at the links below in App World or find a video of the app in action at this link.

I would like a Daily Dilbert that integrates into the standard BlackBerry calendar.

This one does integrate. When you open the calendar appointment in the app it opens it in the BlackBerry Calendar

if it was a one time fee I would maybe consider, but at 20 there are better apps to purchase.
