Wow RIM has come a long way. They just announced the release of BlackBerry App World Test Center. This test center is where RIM will release applications for users to provide feedback. They have started the category with the release MySpace 2.0 and eBay 2.0 but hopefully more is coming soon.
Since RIM is asking kindly for feedback I hope BlackBerry users will do there part to let RIM know this is a step in the right direction. Just yesterday Bla1ze @CrackBerry sent in a bug to the published RIM support email and actually got an answer from Lou that they are taking care of it. RIM is really starting to listen to the community and now they are letting you actively participate in the feedback loop.
I truly hope this is the start of a new trend at RIM. RIM can leverage the active BlackBerry community to help make the BlackBerry OS and applications that much better. The only downside is that now I have to start using App World…

There’s quite a few apps that SHOULD be moved to Test Center immediately…
From my BlackBerry Storm…

Yeah, Research in Motion (RIM) are REALLY listening to their customers – that’s why there are HUNDREDS of Australian BlackBerry users complaining regularly to RIM (often directly) about the lack of “official” support for BlackBerry App World in Australia!
Anyway getting back on topic, I have an “unofficial” copy of BlackBerry App World running on my device and it only shows “MySpace 2.0″…
Who cares about MySpace anyway – it’s only good for a perve on women that are probably young enough to get me into trouble!
Add Facebook to the “Test Center” for feedback because whilst Facebook is surprisingly good now, there are a few little things RIM could do to make it perfect…

Hi Cadilac Cowboy
I think I have seen your screen name before on the BB website. I have just purchase the Bold 9700 and I live in Sydney. I think you mentioned you downloaded an international version of App World. Where about did you find it?

I was about to reply to your message about where I downloaded my copy of BlackBerry App World, but in the meantime, it has been officially released for Australia…
You can download it from the “mobile” BlackBerry Web site (using your compatible), or the “normal” BlackBerry site (using your computer).

Now, getting back to the “test center” thing, where’s our copy of eBay?
