As a "newbie CrackBerry Addict" it gave me a great insight into the company, the products, the individuals and how RIM views the competition. This isn't a "Barn burning page turner" from your favorite author - it's a business-based book. Have a BlackBerry and want to look under RIM's Hood - You'll like the book. A few chapters were a little bogged down with "filler". I would still recommend this book to anybody that is interested in Rim or BlackBerry's.
