BerrySki – Offline Skiing Resort Maps for North America

berryski BerrySki is a cool subscription application that stores maps of North American ski resorts on your BlackBerry for offline access while on the slopes. It is meant for skiers and snowboarders to help track their runs and find their way around with their BlackBerry.

The app is a subscription app where you pay $24.99 for all the North American maps for the 2009-10 season, $9.99 for five resorts, and $4.99 for one resort. I am not sure why they chose a subscription model for such an app but maybe there is a reason for that.

  1. No Canadian Resorts are included. The website should refer to it as U.S. instead of North America.

  2. I do see a few Canadian resorts – Whistler BlackComb, Sunshine village, kicking horse, lake louise .. etc…
