Having tried at least 5 twitter clients including Tweetdeck & DestroyTwitter, Seesmic's Twhirl is the most simple and efficient one with that actually previews incoming tweets instead of making you have to continually check the running app. While I can't imagine anything they'd offer the BB that Ubertwitter doesn't already, I would recommend anyone looking for a good, simple computer app check out Twhirl. This is good news to me because their computer app is the best one on the market imo.
