		<description>I did an OS upgrade last night and when the device restord I didnt have contacts in the Messenger. Tried to restore and haven&#039;t been able to. It gives me a message that &quot;it is currently being registerd with the Blackberry Messenger Service&quot;. It not working yet either.</description>
