BlackBerry Messenger Avatar & Contact Backup Outage
One of our secret agents let us know that there is currently an ongoing outage for two features in BlackBerry Messenger. Not the biggest deal but Avatar sharing and contact backups through email are not working. I am not exactly sure about the scope of this but I ran into the issue last night when I was switching devices…
Impact: BlackBerry subscribers may be unable to view, update avatars or retrieve backup contact lists using BlackBerry Messenger 5.0
