Brandy, the creative force behind Artistic-Me Theme Designs has just released a new theme called, Downtown. Using artsy style cityscape graphics and a neat assortment of icons, Downtown is a pretty cool looking theme. I cannot comment on how the theme works as I didn't get a review version to test, so you'll have to take a chance when purchasing this baby.
