BoxTone 5.0 Released With New Modules
BoxTone is the most popular monitoring service for BES and with the latest upgrade it has upped its feature set. It includes features like roaming and data overage tracking along with data usage and application tracking to see what users are doing. (creepy right?) I think their coolest feature is the user self service portal that helps ease the burden on the help desk by letting users help themselves to simple issues like resetting their Enterprise Activation password.
The main new additions are:

- Controlling Employee Device Invasion
- BoxTone Expert Connected for Remote Device Tracking
