Original Storm to Get Tabbed Browsing, Flick Scrolling, & More
Considering the fact that OS 5.0 is coming to quite a few older devices this is hardly news. Still it is nice to hear a Verizon rep confirm to PhoneArena that the original Storm will be getting the same OS love as the new Storm2 when it is finally announced on Verizon. That means that they will be close to identical in terms of software features.
Features like flick scrolling which we already see in some OS 5.0 betas will be coming along with other updates like tabbed browser. This hopefully means that Verizon will not cripple the original Storm by holding back OS 5.0 for it.
Still it makes me wonder if anybody will purchase the original Storm once the Storm2 is out…
