no, each os is designed for that specific device, if you do manage to load it, am sure you will run into a lot of trouble if the phone is not bricked.

Im waiting for my pre-release 9700 to arrive tomorrow. Im not sure what version of the software it has preloaded. I cant imagine it has .296. Has anyone loaded this software? Let me know how it went please?
