I am still testing as I have been for several days! Please be patient and any additional help would be very helpful.... I don't think the ALX files are needed? Just blackberry. No device application folder either. What's on the 'blackberry folder' are the following: BBDaemon, BBLaunchAgent, and 'Type your BlackBerry password'. Now I have to go and find a PC to reload my software. I'm pretty sure I did this correctly as I've updated my berry countless times to beta builds and have a lot of experience playing around with these things. I tried it for a week. It was hard to switch from a qwerty setting to a touch screen, I couldn't do the touch accurate enough. I took it back for the Bold.
