I deleted facebook and hotmail, and left just gmail… I have Bis instead of BES, but it worked for me…

Workaround
Delete the Desktop CICAL service book record and undelete it from the service book options screen. Completing this step will set the BlackBerry Enterprise Server calendar database back to the default calendar.

Eject and disconnect the BlackBerry smartphone
On the BlackBerry Smartphone go to Options > Advanced Options
Select Service Books and select the Desktop[CICAL] service book
Produce the menu and select Delete
Produce the menu and select Undelete
Restart BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac and perform a synchronization.
Note: This workaround only applies to a BlackBerry smartphone that has been activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

Hello… I use snowlepord, and when i am connecting my bold to the mac, the application is giving me:

The Address book database cannot not be accessed for synchronization.
For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Base.

It will not copy anything. Any help?
p.s. it says “cannot not”

What are you syncing your contacts with? Are they gone from desktop and device? Are you syncing any other device to your Mac? Are you using BIS or BES? There is so many unknowns.

Got it this morning with my BB 8520. Its working save for my contacts all gone. Tried looking for answers at BB knowledge base but nothing. I just got this feedback from the Desktop Manager: KB19454 but can’t find it at the knowledge base.
Can anybody help? Thanks.

There are still apps, like Javaloader, BBSAK, etc. that I cannot live without, not to mention Windows DM’s capability of installing beta OS. But like you said, it is getting there.

When I saw the first screen asking for a device password, I immediately thought I was looking at Bluetooth synching!! then I realized I was mistaken. Still, although they are very very very very late to the Mac party, this is welcome. I really hope they continue to innovate and develop this software. I think I can finally delete the Windows partition on my Mac as this is the was the last piece of software that I required it for.
