DulyNoted Pro – Lets You Share Notes On Multiple Devices/BlackBerrys

dulynoted Edwin let us know about a new app from Screaming Toaster called DulyNoted. Screaming Toaster made a splash earlier this year with their Wicked Blog Editor and seem to be aiming big. DulyNoted Pro is a nice app that takes notes on your BlackBerry to a new level.

The app lets you share notes with yourself across multiple BlackBerry devices and even gives you access from your computer through the web. The app is designed for OS 4.6+ so it may not be optimal for older devices. Still it has some pretty cool features like:

  • DulyNoted Pro with social features – Have fun taking notes. With DulyNoted Pro’s enterprise grade performance & stunning good looks, you will never look at MemoPad apps the same way again.
  • Your settings, notes & user profile are saved in the cloud: you will never lose it. If you re-install the app, all your info will be restored immediately.
  • Create any number of notes – capture class notes, meeting notes, your thoughts and ideas, write reminders, etc. Notes can be geotagged, color-coded & assigned keywords.
  • Quickly switch between notes with 1-click. Sort & search notes by: location, color, keywords, & time stamp.
  • Easily edit, delete, & share notes with your BlackBerry contacts via PIN or email.
  • Access your notes from any computer using a web browser. Notes are sync’d in real time.
  • Social features: User profile with Twitter/Twitpic integration (tweet your icon & status). Who’s Near Me (see other DulyNoted users online). Tell a Friend (invite friends to get DulyNoted).

The app has a 2 day free trial after which you have to pay for a $10/yearly subscription. The model makes sense since they will be storing your notes for you. Its a cool idea to be able to share notes with your wife or coworker on a small team. I am interested to see what Screaming Toaster will add to it in the future.

  1. You should see the developer’s posts on Crackberry. I promise you that you wouldn’t want to promote their products if you did.

Their attitudes alone are good enough reasons to never buy their products.
