Leaked BlackBerry IM Clients Work With OS 5.0!

GoogletalkThis is some welcome news for those of you who live on the OS 5.0 bleeding edge. Moganizer posted up a link on the BerryAddicted forums with the COD files for the AOL, Yahoo, MSN, & Google Talk clients that work with OS 5.0! You must use the popular BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) tool to install these files on your BlackBerry but this just goes to show that RIM is actively working on 5.0.

UPDATE: radioguinea posted the ICQ files on BerryAddicted. Thanks Morganizer!

You can download the files at Megaupload at this link. As I said you will need the free BBSAK app.

Alternatively it looks like the Hulkster1970 posted up some OTA links at this link or this link directly.

Keep in mind this is not an official release so there will be bugs or it may not work at all!!!

Thanks Tashanna for sending this one in!

Gee, would have been nice to know this before I tried to Guinea Pig-it on my Curve:

These files ONLY work on OS 5.0, but some have reported it’s not working on all 5.0 devices.
