Viigo Updates NFL Channel For 2009/10 Season

Many NFL fans are waiting for the NFL season to start tonight and Viigo has their back with a few new features to round out their service. Their NFL channel has been around for a bit and includes:

  • In-Progress & Final Scores (this now has been enhanced with down and distance information and well as time and field position)
  • Schedules (both for the league and by team)
  • Standings (also enhanced with a ton of detail including home, away, division and conference records, performance of turf vs. grass and so on)

They have also added the follow updates to the service:

  • Previews (found both in the Schedule and Live Scores before the games begin)
  • Recaps (found in the completed game scores)
  • League Statistics
  • Player Logs
  • Rosters (for each team around the league)
  • Final Play by Play

Their service is supposed to run even faster since it is using their new Real Time Channel Framework so let us know how it goes. Many of the features are now empty since the season has yet to begin but expect them to fill out soon!
